WEFL - 2025 Season Information

Player Registration

Registrations for 2025 are now open for players, volunteers and team managers for each club. If players are joining a new club, their new club must submit a transfer request.

The responsibility for registration lies with players and their families.

Please ensure registrations are completed promptly and don’t leave them until the last minute.

Currently open:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm.

Coaching Accreditation 

All coaches are required to be registered before the start of the season.

ALL coaches will register to their community club/s via Coach Learning Platform. Coaches must select the club/team (in the correct league) they are coaching in their Coaching Profile to be linked to their community club. *Coaches MUST complete all steps in the registration and accreditation workflow. Coaches will only show as registered and available for team selection in PlayHQ when their coaching role has been selected and their accreditation course for 2025 has been completed.


Game Times:


Under 13 - 10:00 am

(4x15-minute quarters, no time on)


Under 10 - 11:20 am

(2 x 10-minute halves, no time on)


Under 16 - 11:50 am

(4x15-minute quarters, no time on)


B Grade - 1:10 pm

(4x15 minute quarters, no time on, except 2nd half in finals)


A Grade - 2:40 pm

(4x20-minute quarters, time on)

Half-time break to be held on the field for 10 minutes.


Junior Age Groups

**Players born in 2012 and 2015 require a Play-Up form (please find below) signed by a parent or guardian to play in the higher grade.
